2. Project Description
Craefto Lab ("Provider") will provide brand refresh and website design and development services for Infinity Steel Fixers PTY LTD ("Client") as detailed in this Statement of Work.
Project Overview
Design and development of a professional website for Infinity Steel Fixers Group, including brand refinement, to establish a digital presence targeting mid to large builders and concrete companies in Australia.
3. Scope of Work

Payment Terms
- Invoices payable within 7 days of issue

- Work commences upon receipt of deposit
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership Transfer
Upon receipt of final payment, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables will transfer to the Client, including:
- Logo and brand identity assets
- Website design and code
- Brand guidelines document
- Any custom graphics created for the project
7.2 Provider Rights
Provider retains the right to:
- Display the completed work in portfolio and marketing materials
- Reference the Client as a past client
- Use anonymised learnings for future projects
7.3 Third-Party Assets
Any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, icons) will be properly licensed. Provider will provide documentation of licenses where applicable.
8. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide:
- Existing brand assets (logo files, materials)
- Company information and copy for website content
- Project photographs (minimum 6-10 high-quality images)
- Team photos (if desired)
- Timely feedback on deliverables (within 2 business days)
- Single point of contact for approvals
- Domain access for deployment
9. Revisions
The project includes [X] rounds of revisions (based on selected option):
- Option A: 1 round
- Option B: 2 rounds
- Option C: 3 rounds
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be quoted separately at $150/hour.
10. Warranty
10.1 Bug Fixes
Provider will fix any bugs or defects in the delivered website for a period of 30 days after launch at no additional cost.
10.2 Post-Launch Support (Option C only)
Option C includes 2 weeks of post-launch support for minor adjustments and questions.
10.3 Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Issues caused by third-party modifications
- Changes to hosting or domain configuration
- New features or functionality not in original scope
- Content updates or additions
11. Limitation of Liability
Provider's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client. Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Termination
12.1 By Client
Client may terminate this agreement with written notice. In such case:
- Client shall pay for all work completed to date
- Any deposit is non-refundable
- Partially completed work remains property of Provider until paid
12.2 By Provider
Provider may terminate if Client fails to pay invoices within 14 days of due date or fails to provide required materials/feedback within 14 days of request.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, client lists, and technical information.
14. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
